Tuchman Law, APC represented a Los Angeles–based energy technology startup in connection with its SAFE financing. The transaction included a $2.5 million investment by the lead investor on a SAFE with a $20 million valuation cap. The firm advised the company on all aspects of the financing, including its structuring, negotiation, and documentation.
